Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Serve as Key Person, managing the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience preferred (e.g. Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passion for fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
