Overall purpose:
To lead a team in providing support and personal care to people with physical and/or learning difficulties to live independently in their own homes.
To support the Team Leader in delivering a quality service throughout supported living, promoting Diverse Abilities positively, and participating in community events.

This role involves:
* Managing the service within Diverse Abilities policies, procedures, commissioning, CQC standards, and legal requirements.
* Being the main contact for the service in collaboration with the Team Leader.
* Liaising with the Team Leader regarding the supported individuals and staffing.
* Working independently, using your initiative, and seeking support when necessary.
* Building positive relationships with families, friends, and professionals, representing Diverse Abilities professionally.
* Attending all mandatory team meetings, which include important communications and training.

Qualifications and skills:
* Diploma Level 3/4 or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Full UK Manual Drivers License
