The Role

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, becoming a trusted partner in their success.

Proactively generate new business through calls, farm visits, and responding to online enquiries.

Take the lead at product demonstrations, showcasing cutting-edge machinery and engaging potential buyers.

Resolve customer queries efficiently, always aiming for the best possible outcome for both client and company.

Manage the sale of used equipment, carrying out assessments and completing detailed reports both in the field and at depot level.

What We’re Looking For

A strong background in agriculture – your industry knowledge is key.

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.

A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine passion for delivering results.

Confidence in presenting, demonstrating products, and building meaningful client relationships.

Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
