This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and skilled chefs to join a prestigious, refined kitchen operation, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Running your own section to the highest standards during preparation and service
2. Delivering consistent excellence in food quality, presentation and portion control
3. Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef in a luxury, detail-driven environment
4. Supporting and mentoring junior chefs within the brigade
5. Maintaining full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards
6. Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste
7. Contributing creative input during menu development and tastings
What you’ll bring:
8. Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef within luxury hotels, fine dining or high-end hospitality
9. Confidence running a section independently in a quality-focused kitchen
10. A passion for modern, seasonal cuisine and refined presentation
11. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
12. A professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
