The Role
We are seeking a committed and resilient Year 3 Teacher to join our team for the Spring Term. This is a full-time role working with a class that includes pupils with high levels of need and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will be confident in setting high expectations for learning and behaviour, while also demonstrating a calm, nurturing and consistent approach.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working with pupils with high levels of need and challenging behaviour
Be able to establish clear routines and boundaries while building positive relationships
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills rooted in empathy and consistency
Have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusive practice
Be reflective, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a supportive team
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
