The Role Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Lambeth. The school caters for children aged 411 and supports a number of pupils with SEMH needs, as well as those with behavioural difficulties and additional learning needs. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils who need help regulating their emotions and behaviour. You will play a key role in helping children to stay engaged in learning, build positive relationships, and develop essential coping strategies.Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach are essential.
