Join Our Team as a Graduate Customer Solution Engineer
Kickstart your career in the air transport industry with our 2-year graduate program. As a Graduate Customer Solution Engineer, you'll work on cutting-edge projects, gaining exposure to different teams and processes. You'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and take ownership of small projects, building hands-on experience and expertise.
About the Program
This program offers you a chance to manage projects at various stages, explore different departments, and rotate roles. In your first year, you'll receive support and training to handle your own tasks. You'll also benefit from technical and soft skills development through platforms like LinkedIn and My Learning Centre. Paired with a Buddy and a Mentor, you'll be part of a global Graduate community and SITA's Growth Network, connecting with colleagues through social events.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Contribute to technology planning and future solutions.
2. Document solutions and collaborate with business teams during the bidding phase.
3. Support the transition of solutions to the delivery team for implementation.
4. Assist in pre-sales by translating customer needs into innovative solutions.
5. Help build a library of reusable solution materials.
6. Work with solution engineers and stakeholders to create detailed specifications.
7. Engage with product development to understand and demonstrate our products.
8. Bring fresh ideas to improve and speed up solution delivery.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
9. A STEM degree with at least a 2:2.
10. Enthusiasm for learning about business challenges and technology.
11. Creative problem-solving and structured solution design skills.
12. Ability to distill information into clear insights.
13. Understanding of commercial influences on solution choices.
14. Ability to work independently and with international teams.
15. Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
16. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with a willingness to learn.
18. Less than 12 months of post-graduate experience (excluding placements/internships).
19. No Visa Sponsorship required
