What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role for a creator who loves making content that truly connects.
At HeyLO!, you will own content end to end. From shaping ideas and hooks, to filming, editing, posting, and learning what works. You will create scroll-stopping video and static content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with the freedom to test, learn fast, and double down on what resonates.
Expect to be out capturing real moments. Customer interviews, taste tests, reactions, vox pops, day-in-the-life content, and beautifully shot food content that makes people stop and crave. Some days call for quick, handheld UGC. Others for more polished shoots. Always warm, human, and real.
Working closely with our founder and teams across growth, product, and customer service, this role turns real insights into content that performs emotionally and commercially. You will build a repeatable content rhythm that keeps things improving, not just posting.

A true foodie who can live (and love) our values - moving with purpose, being clear and honest with humour, rising to the challenge, and always putting customer joy first.
This role suits a creator who makes content that feels warm, real, and human. Someone confident owning the full process from idea to insight, comfortable both on camera and behind it, and able to speak to women 45+ in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and relatable. A strong instinct for trends matters, paired with the judgement to know when to lean in and when to skip.
We are based in Leeds so you’ll need to be commutable to the area 3 times a week.

The Recruitment Process

Shortlisted candidates will then take part in a 2 stage interview process, including a short task to show off your creator skills, with the role to be offered by mid/late January.
