Associate Interior Designer – up to £75,000

Senior opportunity to lead high-profile hospitality and large-scale hotel projects within a highly respected, international design studio. This role offers real influence across creative direction, client relationships and studio leadership, ideal for someone ready to operate at a strategic level.
The studio is known for delivering beautifully considered interior architecture across hospitality, F&B, spa and hotel environments, combining interiors, architecture, branding and product design into cohesive, experience-led spaces for a global client base.

Your Role
• Lead design vision from concept to completion
• Act as senior client contact on flagship projects
• Oversee teams, resourcing and studio workflow
• Manage fees, programmes and project profitability
What You’ll Need
• Strong background in hospitality / hotel interiors
• Experience leading teams and complex projects
• AutoCAD expertise
• Commercially astute with fee management experience
