We are recruiting a Trainee Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a supportive SEN school in Gateshead. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis Assisting with classroom activities tailored to individual needs Helping students develop communication and social skills Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Observing lessons and learning effective teaching techniques Working closely with experienced staff to build your skills This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialist setting.
