Vocation Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives on behalf of a well-established client due to a major contract win. This role offers ongoing, consistent work across Nottingham and surrounding areas, with immediate starts available.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable traffic management contractor.
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems (T1 / T2 / TTMBC)
* Work in line with Chapter 8 and all site safety requirements
* Assist supervisors to ensure safe and compliant operations
* Manage signage, cones, barriers, traffic flow, and pedestrian routes
* Carry out site safety checks and report any issues
* Work effectively as part of a site team
Requirements
* Valid TTMBC, T1/T2 & Airlock / Gate Person Installer
* You must be self-employed and paid via the CIS scheme
* Full UK Driving Licence & own transport preferred
* (Motorbike licence and transport also considered)
* Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
* Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends
* Strong health & safety awareness
* Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills
