An inviting and friendly Outer London school are seeking a SENDCO to join their 2-form entry sized time for the new academic year. With excellent links to the central line the ideal SENDCO will thrive in teaching in a diverse and inclusive setting. Children here are desperate to learn, and will need a ‘gentle hand’ due to the higher-than-average levels of SEND/EAL within school. Staff really make the school and strive to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and supported at all times.
The ideal candidate must be adept at liasing with external agencies and therapists, the creation and submittal of ECHP admissions, and must be confident in the delegation and training of large numbers of support staff.
A Nasenco qualification is required.
Easily accessible from all East London Central line stations.
Requirements
The desired SENDCO will have;
- A resilient and dedicated work ethic
- QTS
- Experience of working in a school as a SENDCO
