About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership development position where you'll learn how a growing operates day-to-day. You'll work closely with experienced managers and gradually take ownership of projects, people development, and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support coordination of daily team activities and operations
* Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members
* Monitor performance metrics and team progress
* Contribute to business development initiatives and planning
* Participate in leadership mentoring and training sessions
* Assist with project coordination from planning through completion
* Maintain clear communication between teams and management
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
