About Us
Responsibilities
* Allocating temporary accommodation in line with legislation and suitability requirements
* Procuring accommodation from landlords, hotels and agents within agreed cost limits
* Inspecting properties, managing voids and ensuring health & safety compliance
* Supporting households to move into longer-term housing options, including private rented accommodation
* Liaising with landlords and providers to resolve repairs and tenancy issues
* Conducting viewings and property visits (including lone working)
* Preparing decision letters and maintaining accurate case records
* Working to service targets and statutory obligations under the Housing Act 1996
