Position: Customer Service Representative

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off. Day time hours (06:00-18:00)

We're looking for a dependable, customer‑focused individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. In this key front‑of‑house role, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, support smooth daily operations, and ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Ensuring effective communication processes are maintained for both external/internal customers
* Process transferring, cancelling, and re‑keying orders accurately and within agreed cut‑off times
* Handle customer complaints, claims, part claim credits, and ROI queries in a timely and professional manner
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with pubs, transport teams, and internal stakeholders
* Work closely with the Shift Manager/ Warehouse, Transport and Stocks
* Complete data collections and confirm data collection accuracy
* Maintain clear documentation for claims, cage issues, and customer contacts
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous Customer Service experience is essential
* Previous Operational/Transport experience would be desirable
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, together with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a demanding environment
* Experience of using WMS/tachomaster/Microlise would be desirable
* Good IT skills including all microsoft office packages
