Job Title: IT Change and Release Management Location: Bristol - 3 days a week on site
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work full-time hours
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Benefits: Pension up to 15% (Non Contribution) + Discretionary bonus. 35 hours a week, relaxed work/life balance. No-one works after 5pm, Generally people get a 5% pay increase every year.
Job Duties: Develop and implement change and release management processes
Coordinate and manage IT changes and releases
Ensure successful deployment of changes and releases
Collaborate with IT teams to plan and schedule changes
Monitor and report on change and release activities
Review and improve change and release processes
Required Qualifications: Professional certification in ITIL Change and Release Management
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT change and release management
Proven track record of successfully managing IT changes and releases
Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of IT change and release management processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions: This role is based in Bristol. The position is full-time, and some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate change and release activities.
The role may involve occasional travel to other locations for meetings or project-related activities.
