So, we’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead our Creative Studio - driving bold ideas, developing best-in-class content, and scroll-stopping ads that will help take Frive to the next level!
Role Overview
As Frive’s Creative Producer you’ll be the driving force behind our in-house creative team, freelancers and agency partners - managing briefs from our Brand and Growth teams, to create high-impact creative across paid ad channels (inc. Meta, TikTok, YouTube), Branded content (social, merch design) and owned channels (Frive app, website, packaging, CRM etc).
This role combines creative strategy and content production (video content accounts for ~80% of our creative needs) to develop high-impact marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and customer engagement. Sitting at the intersection of brand storytelling and growth marketing, you'll strategize, create, and execute content across paid and organic channels while staying on top of trends to keep Frive’s marketing fresh, effective, and culturally relevant.
Responsibilities
Creative Studio Leadership
* Lead Frive’s Creative Studio — overseeing in-house and freelance resource to deliver against briefs from Brand and Growth teams
* Manage workflow, prioritisation and delivery across all creative output
Paid & Growth Creative
* Develop and deliver best-in-class paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
* Own production of video, image and copy assets optimised for growth performance
* Work closely with the Growth Manager to review results and iterate creative strategy
Creative Development & Production
* Ideate, brief, direct and deliver scroll-stopping creative content
* Manage our in-house videographer and a network of freelance designers, editors and animators
* Ensure all creative is insight-led, performance-informed, and rooted in culture
Brand Guardianship
* Act as a brand guardian, upholding and evolving Frive’s visual identity and tone of voice
* Maintain creative consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
About You
* Creative & Strategic: You’re a conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for detail - capable of developing and directing standout creative work that drives results.
* Prioritisation & Quality Control: You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, without compromising on quality.
* Collaborative & Self-Sufficient: You’re confident leading projects independently but equally effective working cross-functionally with wider teams.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: You manage people and projects effectively, keeping timelines on track and output to a high standard.
* Performance-Led: You understand what makes content perform and how to continuously improve it using insights and testing.
* Technically Proficient & Multi-skilled: You bring hands-on skills in design and/or video production, ideally with experience & skills using programmes like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Notion.
* Art Direction Experience: A strong bonus - particularly across shoots and performance-led campaigns.
