Pay rate: £27, 000 - £30,600 per annum

As a Residential Support Worker we can offer you:
Day Shifts: 8am – 8pm
Night Shifts: 8pm – 8am
Some sleep ins required

An enhanced DBS check
As a Residential Support Worker, you must:
Be over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK
Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship
Up to 6 month’s experience within a healthcare setting
Ability to work as part of a team
Use own initiative when required.
A Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (desirable)
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
An understanding of the needs of looked after young people.
An understanding the principles of safeguarding and child protection
Effective and accurate reporting, recording and administrative skills.
An understanding of intervention strategies.
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of a Residential Support Worker include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
