Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant – SEMH Provision

We are working alongside a specialist SEMH provision in Blandford Forum to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant.
The setting supports children and young people aged 5–16 with EHCPs, SEMH needs and pupils accessing alternative provision.
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have experience supporting children with additional needs
* Are confident managing challenging behaviour positively
* Can remain calm and consistent under pressure
* Have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable pupils
Experience in any of the following is desirable:
* SEMH schools
* SEN settings
* PRUs / Alternative Provision
* Youth work or residential care

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
