Deputy Manager - Location: Stafford
Salary - £35,000(FTE) Per annum (Pro rata)
Hours - 37.5 full time
We're looking for a Deputy Manager to partner with our Registered Manager in a new children's residential home, Applewood Lodge.
Our children's home will be focused on creating a supportive family environment.
You will play a vital role in working with children experiencing mental health challenges and trauma. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the risks of exploitation, and a strong commitment to child safeguarding and maintaining high-quality standards, in collaboration with Ofsted, is essential.
What you'll be working:
This full-time position (37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday) includes on-call duties and requires flexibility to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the home. Specific working arrangements will be discussed during the interview process."

What you'll have:

* Confident Problem-Solver: Self-confidence to manage challenging situations with composure.
* Operational Excellence: Experience in ensuring the thorough completion of care plans and fulfilling all Deputy Manager responsibilities to maintain high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted.
* Driving License: Preferred.
* Management & Oversight: You will be responsible for addressing employee issues fairly and consistently, ensuring the meticulous completion of care plans, completing supervisions, support with Rota and audits, and fulfilling all other Deputy Manager duties to maintain operational excellence and high-quality care.
