This role is based in FarnboroughHampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is withinwalking distance of the train station and has free parking. Worklife balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion onflexible working patterns and parttime working (minimum 4 days perweek).
Basic salary is 23000 up to 5000commission
Role:
* Maximisingsales opportunities via all channels and consistently achieve salesand service targets and KPIs
* To actively sellthe benefits of our flight offering and book flights at the pointof sale using the designated company systems
* Toproactively promote additional services to maximise the generationof additional revenue for thebusiness
* Communicate the features and benefitsof the Explore product
* Actively chase allpersonal and assigned leads generated and attempt to convert tobookings
* Use own travel experience to assistwith customer queries and seek to understand each customers travelsneeds
* Professionally handle incoming requestsfrom initial enquiry to point of travel and ensure that requestsare resolved both promptly and thoroughly keeping service atforefront at all times
* Use sound judgement tomanage difficult customer situations to respond promptly to theneeds of the customer and solicit feedback to improveservice
* To execute all assigned tasksefficiently ensuring team targets and KPIs aremet
* Participate in trade shows and customerevents as required
* Ensuring a customer focusedapproach is adopted in all assignedresponsibilities
* A flexible attitude in theundertaking of all tasks isparamount
* Additional tasks as requested fromtime to time to assist in the overall service delivery ofExplore
Person:
* Experiencein providing excellent service across various contact channelsincluding phone email live chat and socialmedia
* Excellent knowledge of global holidaydestinations
* Have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
* Energetic enthusiastic anda strong desire to exceed customer expectations and deliverexceptional customer service
* Have the abilityto multitask within a busy team prioritising and organisingworkload
* Accuracy quality and excellentattention to detail are paramount
* Experience incomputer booking systems preferably withintravel
* Strong teamplayer
