Brent are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a well-structured and dynamic Front Door team. The client offers a full-time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 3 - 6 months with potential for extension. Main Duties for the Front Door Occupational Therapist includes; Conduct holistic occupational therapy assessments for adults presenting with new or changing care needs at the Front Door. Develop and implement person-centered intervention plans to support independence in daily living activities. Provide advice and recommendations on equipment, adaptations, and community resources to enable individuals to live safely at home. Work collaboratively with social care teams and partner agencies to facilitate timely access to services. Contribute to safeguarding adults and ensure all assessments and interventions comply with relevant legislation and best practice standards. Maintain accurate and timely records and reports in line with organizational policies.
