Cleaner – Restaurant & Hospitality Venue
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-time | Approx. 48 hours per week | 4 on / 4 off rota
We are recruiting a Cleaner to support a high-profile Birmingham restaurant opening, operated by a group behind Michelin- and AA-accredited venues.
This is a vital role within the business, helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across front-of-house, back-of-house, and staff areas throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the venue remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff at all times.
Duties include:
* Cleaning dining areas, staff facilities, toilets, and back-of-house areas as required
* Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
* Emptying bins and managing waste disposal correctly
* Following cleaning schedules, COSHH, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
* Supporting deep cleans and pre/post-service resets
* Reporting maintenance or hygiene issues promptly to management
