Bespak is looking for an onsite System Administrator for our scheduled implementation of SAP PM as our CMMS, on a 7-month fixed term contract for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £31,000 and £36,500 (salary range shows what a 12-month period would be). Days shift Pattern – Monday to Friday (8.30am to 9am start / 4.30pm - 5pm finish. (3:45pm finish on Friday possible) There is some flexibility on start and finish times. In this role, you will be supporting our upcoming SAP implementation project at the Holmes Chapel site as our SAP CMMS Maintenance Administrator, where you'll be vital in administering, configuring, and helping to improve the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. You will be our system super user, ensuring data accuracy and integrity by managing master data, and providing end-user support and training. We are investing heavily to increase our capacity for developing and manufacturing sustainable pMDIs (asthma inhalers) with greener propellants, meeting the evolving standards of the industry, while providing comprehensive development, manufacturing, filling, and finishing solutions for a range of medical devices, including SMIs, DPIs, nasal sprays, and medical check valves. As a Maintenance Administrator, your duties will include: * Administering and configuring the SAP PM module. * Providing end-user support and training. * Maintaining accurate master data and system health. * Supporting asset management data audits and compliance. * Assist with the implementation of ne features and upgrades. Maintenance Administrator, beneficial key skills and experience: * Proven experience with SAP PM or CMMS platforms. * GCSEs including maths, vocational training would be beneficial * Background in manufacturing or another regulated industry would be beneficial. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
