YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will play a key part in:
1. Supporting the growth of early R&D and pre-clinical areas within the Life Sciences and Pharma sector to expand current projects and initiatives.
2. Leading projects in early R&D and pre-clinical domains for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve outcomes.
3. Developing and executing go-to-market strategies and offerings for emerging therapies, ensuring scientific validation and regulatory compliance.
4. Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in AI and GenAI technologies in drug discovery to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Mentoring and leading a team of consultants and researchers, fostering professional growth and supporting complex R&D projects.
Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to business development and your personal growth through activities such as proposal development, internal initiatives, and training.
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed, you should possess strong consulting and interpersonal skills, with the drive and determination to overcome challenges. Your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior executives, along with excellent communication skills, is essential. A collaborative and fun work style is valued.
* Master's or PhD in Life Sciences, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related fields.
* Understanding of early to pre-clinical R&D processes and technological advancements is desirable.
* At least 4 years of consulting experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals, with a proven record of successful project leadership.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially with senior clients.
