Job Role: HR Project Lead – Terms and Conditions Review Location: Rotherham, S60 Working Hours: to be discussed at the interview Assignment Period: 3 months ongoing Working period: Full time - (Hybrid working available) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Project Lead to manage a high-profile, time-sensitive review of workforce Terms and Conditions. This strategic role requires strong employment law expertise and excellent stakeholder management. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver a robust project plan within the first two weeks, ensuring legal, financial, and operational alignment. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping future workforce policies, including assessing the impact of the upcoming Employment Rights Bill.
