Role Overview: As a D365BC Manufacturing Consultant, you will take responsibility for leading the functional delivery of manufacturing-focused ERP solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to understand business needs, define system requirements, and implement tailored configurations that enhance operational performance and efficiency. Location: UK-based role with remote/hybrid flexibility. Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations focused on manufacturing and production operations Gather and analyse client requirements, perform fit-gap assessments, and propose best-fit solutions Configure D365BC modules such as Production Orders, BOMs, Routing, MRP, and Inventory Management Support data migration, integration, user training, and post-go-live activities Work collaboratively with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution design and scoping for manufacturing clients Key Requirements: Strong experience delivering D365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations in a manufacturing context In-depth knowledge of production processes, supply chain workflows, and inventory management Proven consultancy experience, ideally with a Microsoft Partner or ERP service provider Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with related Power Platform or ISV solutions is desirable Full right to work in the UK This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Microsoft Partner with a strong pipeline of manufacturing projects, offering career development, autonomy, and the chance to work with leading-edge ERP technology.
