Sales Administrator
To provide outstanding customer service whilst supporting the day-to-day commercial and operational activities of the branch.
The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, processing customer orders, managing enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, supporting procurement and stock control functions, and ensuring all branch administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What you will be doing:
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Handle incoming sales enquiries via telephone, email and trade counter.
* Produce quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products.
* Support customer retention through excellent service levels.

Required
* Previous sales or customer service experience.

* Strong organisational skills.
Desirable
* K8 system experience.
* Construction, merchanting or distribution background.
* Knowledge of stock control processes.
* Experience with CRM systems.
