This is a key role in which you can assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the business You will: Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners Work with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a robust solution can be achieved. Ensure streamlined administrative processes and exceptional customer service to clients Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded (in hard and electronic format as appropriate), to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available. Communicate with Customers, Engineers and Customer Service Centre regarding projects and services as appropriate. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm | Office Based What we would like you to bring: The successful candidate will have demonstrated previous experience in an senior administrative position within a large organisation.
