Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring your team are working productively and safely.
You will be working on a variable shift pattern, on a permanent full-time basis, 11:00 to 19:00, 37.5 hours per week.
You will also:
1. Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
2. Organise rotas and complete wage and other paperwork
3. Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
4. Recruit train and develop staff
5. Carry out general cleaning duties
6. Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
7. Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained
8. Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff
9. Ensure staff present a professional image
To succeed in this role you will need:
10. Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
11. Full driving licence
12. A Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
