Can you be a key part of the internal communications team?
You’ll use your excellent organisational and creative skills to support the team to deliver brilliant content that inspires and connects our staff and volunteers at the British Red Cross. You’ll act as a key point of contact for our stakeholders, support the team to run our key internal communications channels and manage team inboxes and other essential admin. The role will play an active role in the internal communications team.
You will pursue a Content Creator apprenticeship, level through the British Red Cross Apprenticeship scheme. Apprenticeship training will be delivered by Cambridge Marketing College.

What will an Apprentice Content Creator and Team Assistant's job involve?
1. Look for story leads across the organisation to help connect our people with our vision and cause across the organisation to help connect our people with our vision and cause
2. Work with the internal communication officers to create brilliantly designed and written content to use across our channels in our day-to-day communications and campaigns
3. Manage our inboxes, replying to queries from colleagues across the organisation
4. Uploading content to our Intranet and Newsletter platforms
5. Complete monthly monitoring report to show how our channels are performing
What will an Apprentice Content Creator and Team Assistant need to be successful?
6. Positive and enthusiastic approach to content and internal communications
7. Excellent communication skills across written and verbal communication
8. Flexible, can adapt to different tasks quickly
9. Confident using Microsoft and able to learn new software
10. English GCSE- Level or equivalent
11. Have a passion for creative content and storytelling through multimedia
