💼 What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, coaches, and assistants.
2. Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor—engaging with members and driving retention.
3. Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
4. Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
5. Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

6. Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
7. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue.
8. Passion for health and fitness, with a hands-on approach to member engagement.
9. Experience managing teams and driving performance.
10. Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.
