Senior Menswear Designer
An established fashion brand at an exciting stage of growth is looking for a Senior Menswear Designer to lead the evolution of its menswear product.
With a strong and loyal customer already in place, menswear currently represents half of the business. The opportunity now is to push the category further - evolving the product, strengthening key departments and bringing new energy to the range.
This is a role for a designer who understands how modern fashion brands operate - balancing strong creative instinct with clear commercial thinking.
The Role
The Senior Menswear Designer will take ownership of the menswear offer, working closely with the wider design team to develop product across seasonal drops.
The brand has built strong foundations in casual-wear, but there is significant opportunity to strengthen jersey and graphic product, particularly within tracksuits and coordinated outfit builds.
This designer will play a central role in shaping that direction.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the menswear design direction across multiple product categories
* Driving the development of jersey product and elevated tracksuits
* Strengthening the brand’s graphic and casualwear offering
* Building cohesive outfit-led collections for each drop
* Working closely with garment tech and product teams through development
* Identifying new opportunities to evolve the menswear customer offer
This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving brand - designers are expected to contribute from concept through to product execution.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6–12 months, success will mean:
* Building a clear strategy for the jersey department
* Elevating the quality and direction of tracksuits and graphic apparel
* Delivering stronger outfit builds across seasonal drops
* Continuing to evolve the brand’s menswear customer while maintaining its core identity
The Person
The brand is looking for someone with real menswear design experience within a fashion brand environment.
This isn’t a role for someone early in their career claiming seniority — they need a designer who understands the pace and expectations of working within an established brand.
They will likely:
* Have strong experience designing premium casual-wear or streetwear
* Possess a sharp eye for graphics, jersey and modern silhouettes
* Understand the full design and development process
* Be comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Worked in a founder-led environment
Personality matters here. The team is ambitious, passionate and direct - they need someone confident enough to bring ideas and handle honest feedback.
