Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Penfold
At Penfold, we’re on a mission to make pensions work better for modern businesses — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive SDR to drive our top-of-funnel growth by connecting with UK startups and scale-ups.
The role
As an SDR at Penfold, you’ll be right at the heart of our growth:
* Owning outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn
* Turning inbound interest into qualified meetings
* Researching and engaging decision-makers at high-growth companies
* Building and managing a healthy pipeline in HubSpot
* Working closely with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting
* Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission
Expect a high-activity role with lots of autonomy, ownership, and room to grow as we expand into new markets.
What we’re looking for - Must-haves
* A proactive, driven mindset with a strong desire to hit targets
* Comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling
* Strong communication skills and natural rapport-building ability
* Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively
Nice-to-haves
* Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth roles
* Startup or scale-up experience
* Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Aircall
