Sussex FA are seeking to recruit a Facility Manager to take the lead in ensuring operational excellence at the GoCardless Stadium, Culver Road, Lancing.
The Facility Manager will ensure the stadium is maintained as a vibrant, safe, and welcoming hub for football and wider community engagement, serving users from across Sussex. In addition, the role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the Grassroots Football Strategy, helping to strengthen the future of the game at every level.

The successful applicant will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

The role involves working 35 hours per week including evening and weekend work as required.
The salary range for the position is £30,000 to £34,000. The position offers 20 days leave per annum and is subject to a 3-month probationary period.
