We are seeking talented Business Analysts with experience in Digital Transformation projects to join our growing practice at Expleo.
The Role Has Two Components
1. Client Focused: delivering consultancy and analytical services to clients to co-create value, specifically on a PoS system upgrade to scope the requirements and understand Technical and Regulatory landscapes by utilising previous experience of working on GDPR/Data retention projects.
2. Expleo: ensuring quality framework compliance, supporting the BA practice, and working within others as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team.
Responsibilities
* Research a client’s business model, strategy, and capabilities; understand their problems, vision, goals, and strategy.
* Undertake stakeholder analysis, communication, and engagement through all stages of change.
* Run workshops for creating detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
* Manage business analysis work independently for client changes, building trust with stakeholders.
* Investigate options, provide recommendations, create roadmaps, and develop business cases.
* Ensure solutions align with client’s business, infrastructure, systems, data, security architectures, and regulatory constraints.
* Focus on customer value and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.
* Elicit requirements, create requirement repositories, user story maps, and prioritised backlogs.
* Perform process modelling and improvements, emphasizing automation where possible.
* Support development and QA teams with clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Provide documentation for data models, data mapping, and system integrations.
* Assess impacts of changes on business teams and customers.
* Assist in preparing business readiness plans, processes, customer journeys, training, and other support materials.
* Support UAT, run model office sessions, and hypercare as needed.
* Comply with project governance and manage client expectations.
* Work with and understand data flow, data mapping, and related aspects.

* Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, including Operations, Sales, and Client Success.
* Identify opportunities for business development.
* Follow governance related to client knowledge sharing, reporting, and capturing learnings.
* Share knowledge and support team success.
Qualifications
* BCS Business Analysis International Diploma (or equivalent).
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Essential Skills
* Eliciting and managing requirements.
* Process and high-level data modelling.
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC frameworks.
* Stakeholder management and problem analysis.
* Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word skills.
* Self-management and organizational skills aligned with project milestones.
Experience
* Commercial and regulatory awareness.
* Consulting experience is an advantage.
Pre-requisite
* Flexibility to travel and work at client sites across the UK.
