Description
* Processing and managing all supplier invoices and payments
* Regularly reconciling supplier statements
* Managing petty cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
* Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments
* Assisting with month-end closing procedures
* Ensuring adherence to company financial policies and regulations
* Contributing to the improvement of payment processes
* Supporting other members of the Accounting & Finance department as needed
