About The Role
The Employee Experience Manager ensures every colleague experiences a strong, supportive journey from induction through to development. Acting as an extension of the Chief People Officer, this role monitors progress, ensures high-quality induction, reduces early attrition, and enables qualification achievement. The role strengthens organisational capability by ensuring colleagues receive the right support, development, and professional guidance at the right time.

Desired Criteria
* Experience working in a Group role across multiple services.
* Knowledge of CQC regulatory evidence frameworks regarding training and competence.
* Experience rolling out Competency Assessment Frameworks.
* Proven track record of improving early retention rates.
* Experience with succession planning and identifying career progression pathways.
Required Criteria
* Experience managing the full colleague journey from pre-employment through to retention, including induction and "settling-in" checks.
* Experience managing Apprenticeship Government Accounts and enrolling colleagues onto NVQ pathways (Levels 2-5).
* Competency and ability to deliver face-to-face or virtual training (e.g., Fire Safety, First Aid, Safeguarding, Values).
* Experience overseeing Learning Management Systems (e.g., YourHippo) and maintaining high compliance standards.
* Ability to produce workforce intelligence reports (training compliance, NVQ engagement, retention themes).
