About the Role:
* Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected and competent team.
Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
* Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
* To advise on sensitive ASC matters
* Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
* Court of Protection (COP)
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:
* Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
* Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
