We’re looking for a highly experienced Photo Producer to lead end-to-end photography productions across a wide range of premium creative campaigns and content projects.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced creative environments, understands visual culture deeply, and can seamlessly balance world‑class creative execution with flawless production management.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading photo productions from concept through to final delivery
* Managing shoot logistics, timelines, budgets, contracts, and post‑production
* Partnering with photographers, agents, creatives, motion teams, and senior stakeholders
* Commissioning external talent and production vendors
* Overseeing multiple concurrent projects in a high‑output studio environment
* Ensuring creative excellence while delivering efficiently and on budget
What we’re looking for:
* 7+ years’ experience within photo production
* Strong experience across both stills and motion shoots
* Exceptional production, negotiation, and budget management skills
* Deep knowledge of photographers, agencies, and creative talent globally
* Calm, collaborative, and highly organised under pressure
* Strong visual taste and passion for photography and storytelling
* Hybrid working model
* Based in South West, London
