Are you a detail-driven project manager with a passion for stakeholder engagement and operational excellence? We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our clients team as a Project & Account Manager. In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for multiple projects, ensuring seamless communication between departments and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. You'll manage a high volume of concurrent projects - typically 15 to 30 at various stage's - so strong multitasking and prioritisation skills are essential. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end management of client projects, from brief to delivery. Translate client briefs into actionable plans and coordinate with estimating, development, production, and logistics teams. Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and timelines are adhered to. Monitor project progress, flag risks, and implement solutions to keep everything on track. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports to internal teams and leadership. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in project or account management, ideally in a fast-paced production environment. Exceptional organisational and time management skills - able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using project tracking tools.
