About The Role: Key Responsibilities: • Reactive and proactive plumbing work including the service, maintenance of Mechanical Equipment, ranging from AHUs, FCUs, to Boiling Tap systems • Completion of time records and compliance documentation • Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site • Carry out effective communications with the client and administration team • Able to be part of a 4-week on call out rota.
