Experienced Property Assistant – Inspections, Maintenance & Admin
We are a small but growing letting agency looking for an experienced and reliable team member to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in property or lettings before and can confidently handle inspections, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
About the Role
You will play a key part in ensuring our properties are well-managed and our clients are kept informed.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out property inspections and produce accurate, detailed reports.
* Arrange maintenance with trusted contractors and keep landlords/tenants updated.
* Manage emails and phone calls professionally.
* Update records and systems accurately.
* Assist the director and support the overall running of the agency.
Requirements
* Experience in lettings, property management, or a similar role is essential.
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Confident speaking with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good attention to detail, especially for inspections and reporting.
* Reliable, organised, and proactive.
Working Hours
* Mainly work-from-home with some travel for inspections.
