Salary: £24,796 per annum (full time equivalent), actual salary actual salary £8,646 per annum, plus generous sick pay and pension scheme.
About Us:
Two Bridges Academy opened in September, and in our first five months we have begun to establish exceptional educational experiences for our pupils. We are now entering our next phase of growth, as pupil numbers increase in September.
We specialise in supporting young people with severe learning disabilities (SLD) or profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). Pupils may also have co-existing conditions such as autistic spectrum condition (ASC) or complex medical needs.
We are looking for Carers who share our passion for fostering a learning environment which nurtures, challenges and celebrates every pupil.
Role overview:
As Carer you will play a key role in making a meaningful difference to the lives of our pupils and their families. You will do this through supporting pupils with their self-care and physical needs and enabling them to take steps towards increasing their independence.
You will also have opportunities to contribute to the delivery of learning and activities related to the smooth throughout the day.
You will be instrumental in recognising the progress each pupil makes and sharing information with the class teacher.
