Finance, Credit Control Administrator
Salary £26,000.00 - £28,000.00 depending on experience. Mon – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
A leading waste management company are currently seeking a Finance, credit control administrator to join the team. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and Group Accountant.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
* Dealing with sales and general ledger
* Generate & issue weekly/monthly customer invoices/ statement
* Dealing with account queries
* Credit control
* Bank reconciliation
* Payroll, weekly and monthly
* Assist with month end accounts
* Supplier payment run
* Setting up new customer accounts
* Reception – deal with drivers/couriers/visitors
* Answer telephone calls, direct calls, pass on messages
* Raise purchase orders
* General office admin – filing, photocopying etc
Candidate Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Good organisation and communication skills
* At least 3 years’ experience in similar role
* Excellent work ethic
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Experience in using SAGE 50 Accounts essential Competencies
* Professional telephone manner
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good attention to detail
