Reporting into the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, you will support the Vendor Management Office to develop partnerships and strategic engagement with both Branded and Own Label suppliers. This role also requires the ASRM to business partner with several internal teams across the commercial function, such as Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Digital. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to contribute positively to the health and wellness of millions worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting into the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager and supporting the Supplier Relationship Manager, within the Commercial operations functionDeputising for the Supplier Relationship Managers and supporting the Vendor Portal ManagerOwn all internal and external communications via the supplier mailbox and through the Vendor Portal platformsWork closely and cross functionally with the trading, supply chain, marketing, digital and operations teams as well as suppliersManage and own the diary management of quarterly business reviews and joint business plans, maintaining the critical path calendar and supplier tieringMaintain supplier tiering, keeping accuracy of this dataBriefing the reporting analyst on the frameworks and required data needed for the P&L's and quarterly business reviewsSupport category teams to collate all supplier income and track vs forecast and previous year, identifying risks and opportunities.Liaise with internal functions to identify incremental supplier investment opportunities across our Omnichannel platformsResponsible for creation and distribution of the quarterly Supplier NewsletterSupport the wider team on event management to own delegate management, communications and sample management etc.Manage the creation of new training materials for internal and external stakeholders for new tech solutions, supplier facing initiatives and processesSupporting tech data management and cleansingLocation: We are a fully hybrid organisation with bases in London, Nuneaton, and Burton. We typically expect colleagues to spend at least two days each week in the Nuneaton office. There may also be occasional travel to other locations.Key RequirementsUnderstanding and preferably experience within a commercial retail environment.
