What you’ll do
* Consistently hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets
* Drive new business development while maximising growth from existing accounts
* Lead high‑stakes negotiations with senior executives and decision‑makers
* Build and sustain long‑term client partnerships that generate repeat business
* Take ownership of your end‑to‑end pipeline, reporting results with precision
* Operate with autonomy while staying aligned to a high‑performance, values‑driven culture
What you bring
* A proven track record of smashing B2B/B2C sales targets and KPIs
* Experience winning high‑value, complex deals with senior stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales style that converts needs into results
* Confidence in prospecting, social selling, and digital/phone‑based lead generation
* Familiarity with the Learning & Development or professional education space (preferred, not essential)
* Uncapped earnings potential (£80k+ OTE realistic in year one)
* Direct access to C‑suite and board‑level clients — build your network at the top
