Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant
Reports to: Head of Internal Recruitment
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you will support our recruitment team by coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and interested in building a career in recruitment or HR.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer stage
* Coordinate interviews (scheduling, confirmations, logistics, follow-ups)
* Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
* Assist with posting roles on job boards, LinkedIn, and internal channels
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach where required
* Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great experience
* Support employer branding initiatives (careers page, events, social media)
* Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
* Provide general administrative support to the HR/Talent team
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Comfortable working with ATS platforms and MS Office
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Preferred (Nice to Have)
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support
* Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
* Interest in building a career in talent acquisition or HR
