Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Building Entrance & Access Solutions
Industry Sectors include Entrance Solutions, Access Controls, Security Solutions, Building Entrance Solutions, End Users, Main Contractors, Architectural Practices, A&D, Specifiers, and related Business Development/Regional Sales roles.
Responsibilities
* Field sales position selling a high quality range of manufactured entrance & access security systems.
* Sell to main contractors, end users, integrators, architectural practices and specifiers.
* Target projects within commercial sectors such as education, high-end office buildings, and large blue-chip organisations.
* Manage order values ranging from £10k to £200k per project, with an average around £30k.
* Target annual sales between £1m-£2m.
* Work across identified regions: London & South East; Scotland & North East.
Qualifications & profile
* Must have project-led field sales experience in the construction industry.
* Must be commercially savvy and capable of selling to main contractors, end users, installers and integrators.
* Specification sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Hungry, tenacious personality with a likeable character and strong presence.
Compensation and Benefits
Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 + 15% bonus
