Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to be engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation seeking a QSHE Manager to oversee health and safety programs at a major site in Surrey. The role entails leading QHSE compliance across departments and staff.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with stakeholders to enhance health and safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and site operatives.
2. Maintain high standards of supplier performance and develop safety management systems aligned with best practices.
3. Analyze risks in the working environment and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Ensure contractor compliance with legislation and company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
1. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant professional membership.
2. Experience in the built environment, preferably in facilities management (Hard FM).
3. Proven ability to influence and liaise with subcontractors to foster safety and compliance culture.
4. Strong understanding of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 standards.
5. Experience in life sciences or R&D is advantageous.
